Mercedes Sprinter/VW Crafter Rear Door Spare Wheel Carrier 4x4 2006-2018
We hand build these in our workshop. They are jig built and TIG welded by our craftsmen. There is a lead time for these. It bolts to the existing hinges on the door, and require a hole drilling in the skin of the door.
The wheel bolts on the carrier using standard wheel bolts allowing you to use locking wheel nuts. It is also possible to adjust the carrier to cater for different offset wheels/tyre combinations using studs and nuts rather than bolts. Please get in touch if you think this might be necessary. This is a very strong, well manufactured carrier.
It is supplied bare ready for you to paint a colour of your choice. You require 180degree hinges or your 270degree hinges need the internal tie-bar removing. I can help with this.
