Mercedes Sprinter 906 / Volkswagen Crafter Tubular Rear Door Spare Wheel Carrier. Whether you have a Mercedes Sprinter 906 or a Volkswagen Crafter this is the wheel carrier for you. Wheeliams designs and manufactures all our products in-house so we have full control of the entire process. Designed to be robust, lightweight and easy to fit, our wheel carriers take your spare wheel and put it at the rear of your van where it's clean, safe and easily accessible. You can trust that, with our years of experience, we know what works, what looks good and what will make your van happy. Fitting a Wheeliams wheel carrier is the right choice. No hinge modifications required to fit this Wheel Carrier. All van heights (H1, H2, H3). Both 6x130 (Single) and 6x205mm(Dually) PCDs.

All fixings required to install the wheel carrier to the van are supplied. Wheel bolts to fit the wheel to the carrier are not included. (Locking wheel bolts available separately). Wheel Carriers bolt to the existing hinges on the door and require a single hole drilling in the skin of the door.

This product does NOT require you to modify or change your hinges. These fit all hinge options for this van without modification. The third fixing point through the door skin is through a structural part of the door. You are not only fixing to the outer skin - but through the inner structure of the door too. The door does not need removing to fit this product.

Always test fit any bolt-on product before painting. We will not reimburse for painting if the part is not test fitted prior to painting.

All drilled holes will require any bare metal painting to prevent corrosion. We also bond the door skin mount and the door skin which removes the point load off the bolts whilst also sealing up the hole to prevent water ingress.

MIG welded using lightweight Mild Steel ERW tube. Lasercut and CNC formed components. Supplied uncoated for you to finish before installation.
